Curd helps to cleanse your skin and pores deeply. It also gives moisture to your skin. Turmeric is antimicrobial and that is why it helps in preventing pimples and break outs. Other benefits of turmeric are that it brightens up the skin and reduces hyper-pigmentations. It is suitable for all skin types.

Directions to apply:

Take a small bowl and add one tablespoon of curd. Then add a pinch of turmeric into it, mix it well until both the ingredients get mixed and turn into pastel yellow color. Then apply the mixture onto your face and neck. Let it dry for 15 minutes and then wash off with cold.

    • Thank you. But I have mixed raw honey and raw milk and used it as a face mask. Didn’t experience any such issues. May be you have heard it wrong somewhere dear 🙂 And I have mentioned raw milk. Raw milk contains lactic acid which acts as an anti-acne agent. Raw milk helps in balancing natural oil and when used on pimples it kills the bacteria and would help in clearing out the pimples and scars.
