Ruby’s Organics Smoked Kohl & Cream Blush Review & Swatches
Hello my lovely people out there!!! ☺️
A few days back I asked my Insta peeps on the story as to which products from Ruby’s organics do they want me to review. And the maximum votes were for their Kajal, lipstick and cream blush. So here I am sharing a review on Ruby’s Organics Kohl & cream blush. I have already reviewed their lipstick in the shade bare
Before getting into the review let me give a quick introduction about the brand.

Their smoked kohl is available in two different shade. Black & Brown
How’s the packaging?
This kajal comes in a twist open pencil form and it has a sponge tip at the bottom for blending and giving smoked looks. Kajals with sharpeners are a big headache for me. So a big YAY for the packaging.
My experience with Ruby’s Organics Smoked Kohl- Brown shade
How are consistency and pigmentations?
This kajal is creamy and pigmented. The best thing is I have sensitive watery eyes and it didn’t sting my eyes at all.
It easily glides on the lids too. I prefer using it both on the lower lash line and on my lids as an eyeliner. Another issue which I face with kohls is that I have to swipe multiple times to actually see the product on my lower lash line **watery eyes gang will understand this🙈** and surprisingly I didn’t experience that with this kohl.
How is the shade?
I have light brown eyes and this brown shade from Ruby’s Organics actually complimented my eye color. When I applied it for the first time on my bare pigmented lids I was like ohhh maybe this color is not for someone with brown eyes. But then when I used it again after applying concealer it actually LOOKED VERY PRETTY.
It gives me a very beautiful, effortless, subtle and well-blended eye look.
How is the staying power?
This organic eye pencil stayed on the lids until I actually removed it off. On the lash line, it stayed pretty well and better than my usual Maybelline kajal, considering my watery eyes.
Amazing things about Ruby’s Organics Smoked Kohl- Brown shade
Glides easily on the eyelids
Doesn’t smudge unless you do it
Doesn’t sting the eyes
Doesn’t lead to watery eyes even if you have watery eyes (lol read it again if it’s confusing 😂)
Twisted pencil with a sponge at the other end
Travel friendly packaging. No sharpeners need.
Can also be used as a brow filler provided the shade matches your brow.
If you’re looking for a good creamy and pigmented kajal that is paraben free, 100% vegetarian and free from Alcohol then I would highly recommend you try this. If you have sensitive eyes then I would say just go for it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from my side. I am planning to buy their black shade now. I personally don’t feel it’s overpriced for the quality that they are providing.

My experience with Ruby’s Organics Cream Blush Review
How’s the packaging?
It comes in a glass pot with a plastic lid and you will also find a plastic safety lid inside. The glass pot is securely packed in a very pretty cardboard slide open box. You will find all the details about the brand and the product on the outer packaging.
How’s the consistency and pigmentation?
The Ruby’s Organics cream blush is creamy as the name suggests and perfectly pigmented for it to be a blush. Neither too sheer nor crazily pigmented.
How is blending power?
It blends very easily both with fingers and with a brush. It blends into the skin so well that post application, it looks like your second skin.
How is the shade poppy pink? How is Ruby’s Organics cream blush?
If you’re following me on Instagram you must be knowing my obsession for blushes. I can go without makeup base but blush? Nah! I can’t. I personally love a flush of pink on my cheeks and this the shade “Poppy Pink” stands true to its name. It adds a pop of pink on my cheeks and nose (areas where I apply). Oh yeah, you can use it on your lips and also on your lids.
I just dab some on my lips and it gives me a natural pink blotted lips. The staying power actually depends on the base you’re using and the powders that you’re using for setting your makeup.
As long as your makeup is set it you will see the color on the cheeks. If your makeup melts then even this blush melts away BUT it would leave a hint of a pink tint. Plus it did not clog my pores at all. I have been applying this even when I am simply roaming around inside my house🙈🙈
Who all can go for this shade?
I would suggest this shade only for fair to medium skin tones.
They have 4 different shade. So every skin tone will find one for themselves.
If you have dusky skin tone then go for peach or orchid shade.
I feel orchid shade would suit all skin tone.
Amazing things about Ruby’s Organics Cream Blush Review
Perfectly pigmented as a cream blush
Can be used on lips and eyelids
Very easy to blend
One pot would last really long.
It’s organic and natural.
Different shades are available for every skin tone.
This one pot would last for a really long time.
Cons Ruby’s Organics Cream Blush Review
Some may find it expensive. But I personally feel that the price is decent for the quantity and the quality they are offering us with.
If you’re ok with the price then this blush is something you can try for sure. It would last really long and is perfect for on the go. Just dab it on cheeks and lips to add a hint of color on your face. If you’re looking for a good organic Blush in India then your search is over.
