Establish a Sleep Schedule
Create your sleeping schedule and stick to it too. Have a fixed time of going to bed and waking up every day. It might not work for a few days but once it becomes habitual, you will naturally feel sleepy at the same time and woke up on your own the next day.
Set an alarm in your phone to ensure you’re following the same sleeping schedule daily.
Put the Phone Away
Staying updated about Coronavirus is important but you should not scroll exceed its usage especially before going to bed. The distressing news can affect your mood which in turn will not let you sleep peacefully. As per an article of SCL health, using home before bed is quite harmful.
Try to keep your phone away at least 1 hour before bed and see the positive change. Sure, you will realize the good changes in your health and will never use the cell phone again at bedtime.
Share You Concern
Too much anxiety and stress can be problematic. But, you are not alone. Everyone is going through a difficult time. Instead of getting worried all alone, talk to your beloved ones and share what’s bothering you.

You should also ensure that your bed is comfortable and suited to your needs. If you struggle to get comfortable, wake in pain, or your mattress makes a noise you should look at replacing it.
