Hello my lovely people out there!!! 😊
Just like makeup and skincare, eye care is also very important. The skin around the eyes are more sensitive, thin and delicate compared to the rest of your facial skin. Oh yes how can we ignore eyebrows? A perfectly shaped and filled eyebrow can change your entire look.
In this post let me give you guys some of the tips on how to take care of the skin around your eyes (eye care tips). Basically how to maintain and prevent wrinkles under the eyes.
Under eye cream
As I said, the skin around the eyes is thinner and we get fine lines easily. You need to keep your under eyes hydrated so that the moisture is retained in that area. You can pick eye creams depending on how much hydration you need. I prefer light gel-type creams.
One such under eye cream is from Bella vita Organic
A quick review on Bella vita Organic eye lift under eye gel cream
About the brand
Price: 699 for 20g. It’s Currently on sale for Rs.299 on their website.
It comes in a glass jar with a plastic cap. This brand has eco-friendly packaging.
I am totally in love with its texture. The consistency is gel type and when you apply it on the skin it feels watery.
This green color under eye gel cream is hydrating, lightweight, smells good, and suitable for all skin types.
It’s not heavy nor does it cause any breakouts or irritation around the eyes.
The ingredients list is very impressive and has the ingredients that are targeted to provide hydration, prevent dark circles and minor fine lines
Their products are free from alcohol, parabens, sulfates and synthetic dyes.
It can be used under the eyes even before makeup.
I don’t have dark circles Alhamdulillah so I can’t say if it reduces dark circles or not. But it definitely hydrates and soothes the skin.
If you’re looking for a light weight, hydrating, all natural under eye cream you can definitely check this out.
You can also use the hyaluronic acid serum or vitamin c serum under your eyes.
I have my own DIY eyelash serum that works like a magic if you want longer lashes in a month.
Check that out here-
You can also just apply vitamin e oil on your lashes at night to help them stay stronger and grow voluminous.
Sparse brows, gaps in between the eyebrows, thin brows are some of the common eyebrow issues I have heard and seen. There are eyebrow serums that you can use or just use castor oil on your brows before going to bed.
But for some people, castor alone leads to breakouts. So if that doesn’t suit you can go for eyebrow serums available in the market.
One such is Bella vita Organic GrowBrow Eyebrows & Eyelash Hair Growth & Volume Oil
It comes in a small glass bottle with an applicator making it easier to apply the oil on the brows. And both of these comes in Batwa type pouch.
Price: Rs.999 for 15 ml. It’s currently on sale for Rs.299
How is it?
So it is written on the bottle that this oil is to get voluminous lashes and eyebrows. I don’t prefer using serum or oil on the brows but I did try it on my lashes.
My eyes started stinging when I used it on my lashes. So it is very clear that this is not for the lashes. It has onion in it which is why it might have given me a burning sensation. Else all the other ingredient mentioned is really good for hair.
So I would suggest you to apply it only on your eyebrows. The mascara wand type of applicator makes it easier and hygienic to apply the oil on the brows.
