But it may get a little difficult to find time in our ever growing hectic schedule. No more worries. The rule that can’t be compromised
Make sure that you remove your make up and sleep. We all have read this thousand times but we rarely pay attention to it. This is really an important step as the makeup doesn’t let the skin breathe. Hence, the pores clog and can create blemishes or blackheads.
If you don’t possess a make-up remover, rose water or oils are the best substitutes.
Cleansing and Exfoliating is the key

I cannot stress this enough. It is so important to moisturize your skin even in summers. You can use water-based moisturizers if you have oily skin. This restores the dryness making it look radiant. Don’t forget to moisturize the under eye with a good under eye gel or cream.
You can use extra virgin olive oil/coconut oil/ Vitamin E oil to massage your skin. Use it daily before going to bed and see the magic for yourself.
Embrace the sunscreen
However cloudy or cold it gets, always apply the sunscreen. Use an SPF of 40 or more. Sun exposure can cause a lot of problems like wrinkles, age spots and other skin diseases. This is one of the most important and underrated skincare steps.
If you are exposed to sunlight, you can come home and apply aloe vera gel. This will soothe the skin and remove the tan.
Exercise helps you here also
Exercising is such a wonderful activity. Not only does it help you in maintaining that flat stomach but also keeps your skin look young and fresh. It basically gives you the necessary blood circulation and speeds the cleaning process of your entire body. This will give you a glow on your face.
If you are running out of time, just take a brisk walk of ten minutes at your home. This will also be helpful for your skin.
Detox should be your best friend
You need to make sure that you are indulging into detox therapies every once in a while. The outside of your body reflects the inside of your body and hence if your skin is dull or has a lot of acne, you know what you have to do.
Drink warm lemon water or green tea each day to help flush toxins. Also, cut out on sugar and alcohol for some days as it is not only bad for your health but also for the skin.

You cannot underestimate the power of a good night’s sleep. It definitely does wonders for your skin. Sleep allows the body to have a proper healing process. It is necessary to sleep on time every day if you want your skin to look fresh and pretty.
Hydrate. Hydrate. Hydrate.
Drinking water at regular intervals is very important. It helps to flush the toxins out of your body and keeps your skin healthy. Also eat juicy fruits and vegetables.
Carry a water bottle wherever you go and set alarms on your smartphone at regular intervals. In fact there is an app which reminds you to drink water at regular interval of time and also make sure if you are having enough water in a day. This way you will never forget to stay hydrated.
Apart from these, there are also some fun and quick recipes that you can use to get that bouncy and radiant looking skin.
Take a sliced lemon and three to four drops of honey on it. Massage on your skin with it in circular motions. Keep it for fifteen minutes and then wash it cold water. You will see an instant glow on your face.
Got a party? No time to be in the parlor to do facial? Don’t worry. We got that sorted. Just put ice cubes in a cotton cloth and rub them on your face in circular motions. Your pores are going to shrink instantly and will give you a fresh beautiful skin.
Need an excellent toner? Make green tea for yourself. Let it cool down and add rose water to it. Store it in a spray bottle and use it. You can make and refrigerate it for two weeks. But please remember to take unflavored green tea.
